Your privacy

This booking site is run for Steff. It keeps only what's needed to arrange your sessions.

What we keep

• Your name, phone number, email address and, when you give one, the address or place to meet.
• The sessions you ask for: dates, times, the type of support, and anything you write in "Anything else?".
• After a session, Steff may note the actual times, kilometres travelled and a short private note. These are never sent to you or anyone else.

Why

To arrange, confirm and remind you about sessions, to contact you if something changes, and for Steff's invoicing.

Who sees it

• Steff, who uses it to arrange and invoice your support.
• The person who maintains this site for Steff, who can see booking details only to keep it working.
• Google Calendar: confirmed sessions are added to Steff's calendar with your name, phone number, email address and address. A request waiting for an answer shows your first name only.
• The email provider that sends booking emails to you and to Steff.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the connection to this site and runs the "are you a person" check on the booking form.

We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and the site's system logs don't record them.

How long we keep it

Booking details are deleted from this site about 6 months after the session. Steff keeps her own records separately (her calendar, emails and invoices), as any business must. Backups of this site are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted details can remain in a backup for up to 30 days.

A copy, a correction or deletion

To ask for a copy of what's kept about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. Deleting your details also cancels any upcoming bookings.
